“A complete solution”
We say what PMI does and what each operating company does.

PMI was formed in Florida in 2001 by acquiring ESI, an engineering and construction firm founded in Tampa in 1983. For two decades, the group designed and built data centers, telecommunications facilities and power plants that could not stop for a minute, for clients such as GTE, AT&T, Telmex, Telemar and BBVA.
That experience shaped how we work today: an energy project fails more often because of its structure than because of its engineering.
So PMI concentrates on feasibility, structure, contracts and capital, and leaves construction and operations to GIS Power and GTO Energy, the group’s operating companies in Mexico.
As a US company, PMI works with American and international capital for projects across the Americas.
We say what PMI does and what each operating company does.
Every figure on this site comes from the group’s project history.
We are not one. Construction and operations are done by the group’s operating companies.
PMI International is the holding company of GIS Power and GTO Energy. Who structures, who develops and who builds each project within the group.
